SHIPPING & DELIVERY
So you’ve found the piece you like! You can very easily make your payment online when viewing the artwork or if you prefer contact us first to discuss any additional information you may require such as shippings costs.
Unless the shipping cost is itemised when you purchase, additional costs may apply as these can vary on artworks of different sizes and weights.
Shipping costs include all packing and packaging materials. Insurance is included and a track and trace facility is available on all dispatched items.
Please note that insurance covers loss or damage during transit only.
Once your order or enquiry is received Plum Gallery will contact you within 24 hours regarding the shipping costs before your order is finalised and despatched. Please include a valid email address to facilitate this process.
In most cases we use Pack & Send couriers to delivery your artwork and will require a signature on receipt.
Please make sure the address you enter via our checkout is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS. Please notify us of any change in address details also note we are unable to ship items to P.O. Boxes. A street address must be supplied before items are dispatched.
Items must be paid in full including shipping before dispatch.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery within Australia Capital Cities, 7-10 days for Regional/Country areas.
Due to reasons beyond the control of Plum Gallery delivery dates may be extended. In the unlikelihood that this will occur Plum Gallery will contact you to advise of a new delivery time.
Plum Gallery reserve the right to change these delivery details at our discretion without notification.
Information for International Clients
International purchases are welcomed at Plum Gallery. Please note all online purchases are charged in AUD and do NOT include shipping or customs duties etc. to destinations outside Australia.
